We want you to be fully satisfied with your Scrolly purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund upon approval.

Return Guidelines

Please review the following guidelines before initiating a return:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Products should be in original condition with original packaging intact
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• After receipt and inspection, approved returns receive refunds within 3-10 business days to the original payment method

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, go to your account page and log in using email verification. Locate your order and select 'Request return'. Choose the items you wish to return, provide a reason with optional notes, and submit your request.

Defective or Malfunctioning Devices

If you experience a technical issue or malfunction with your Scrolly device, you are entitled to a free return and full refund, even after the initial 30-day return period. Please contact support@scrollyapp.io for warranty claims.
